Unlock Your Future (UYF) operates under a governance structure consisting of a Board of Directors (comprising five Executive Directors who each lead a designated department), executive teams, and departments. Authority is distributed according to responsibility, while organization-wide decisions are exercised collectively through equal voting rights.
